• Only edit images that you own or have permission to edit.
• Do not use the tool to remove copyright notices, watermarks, logos or other ownership information from images that belong to someone else, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
• Do not use the tool to create deceptive, unlawful or harmful content.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. Results are generated by AI and may not always be accurate. Keep a copy of your original images.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erasivo is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the website or the images you create with it.

Third-party software

The AI model used is MI-GAN by Picsart AI Research, released under the MIT license. The AI engine is ONNX Runtime by Microsoft, released under the MIT license.

Changes

We may change these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
